All sessions are scheduled via the Book page, with bespoke arrangements for Mentorship and Executive Alchemy clients.
Full online payment is required to confirm your booking. No cash payments accepted. Unpaid bookings cancel automatically after 4 hours.
A confirmation email with session details and Richmond Hill studio location is sent upon payment.
Private virtual call invites require no payment. All sessions are pre-booked to honor sacred timing.

Booking, Cancellation & PROGRAM Policy
(Standalone, one-off sessions)
Booking & Payment
Full payment is required to schedule a session. Once payment is made, you may select your date and time via the ‘Book’ page.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
• 72+ hours before session — Full refund or reschedule at no cost
• <72 hours — 50% refund or reschedule with a 50% fee
• 24 hours or less — No refund; rescheduling incurs 100% fee
(Structured, short-term learning journeys that lead into deeper work)
Program Purchases
All embodiment program purchases are final and non-refundable once purchased.
Rescheduling & Session Use
• Sessions may be rescheduled within the 90-day program window with at least 48 hours’ notice
• Missed sessions not rescheduled within 24 hours will be considered used
• Unused sessions after the 90-day window are forfeited and cannot be refunded, transferred, or credited.
MENTORSHIP & EXECUTIVE ALCHEMY
(High-touch, ongoing containers with bespoke support)
Mentorship and Executive Alchemy are transformational partnerships, not standard program packages. They involve continuity, energetic presence, strategic counsel, and priority access that go beyond typical fixed session counts.
Commitment & Purchase Terms
• All purchases for Mentorship and Executive Alchemy are final sale and non-refundable.
• Pricing reflects reserved capacity, strategic attention, and availability that cannot be re-sold once committed.
• Clients may choose between monthly investment or, full-pay investment options.
• Full-pay clients receive courtesy credits as noted on the offering page; this is a client benefit, not a refundable component.
Session Use & Continuity
Because these containers are ongoing energetic and strategic partnerships rather than fixed session blocks:
• Standard “missed session” forfeiture does not apply.
• Continuous attendance, presence, and participation are expected and part of what the client is investing in.
• Clients who need to pause should discuss continuity with Machavella so a mutually aligned plan can be established (including pause windows or resumption timelines).
• Scheduling norms (such as 48 hours’ notice for changes) still apply to respect shared time and energy.
Rescheduling Policy
• For scheduled sessions within these containers, at least 48 hours’ notice is requested for rescheduling.
• Emergency or same-day changes are considered on a case-by-case basis and should be communicated with as much notice as possible.
Pause or Suspension
• Clients wishing to pause their container (for travel, health, or personal exigencies) may request a pause plan. Adjustments are made in alignment with both client needs and the integrity of the transformational container.
The Temple is a private, invitation-only experience. Participation is by strict screening and private consultation only. Details, scope, and investment are shared exclusively during an invited virtual call.
